At Tim Horton, a bit more patience with newbies would be sweet, but hey, no biggie—a little sprinkle of understanding goes a long way. the shine still sparkled!

Overall we were more than satisfied with our hotel room at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. The spacious lobby and room size were impressive. Staff was friendly. Some minor maintenance issues with the hot tub and lack of extra sheets were a downside.

The Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino exceeded my expectations with its modern amenities and comfortable Queen beds. The room with "a view of the falls" and a view across to Canada was breathtaking and added a unique touch to my stay.

The only downside to my otherwise fantastic experience was the 2-hour delay at check-in, despite the rooms being cleaned and inspected. This led to a disappointing start, but the overall stay was still excellent.

The location was efficient for everything I needed.

Wi-Fi was very limited; very disappointing breakfast, a little disappointed.

The location it has near to casinos on 4 continents and the outlets and shopping malls and the border crossing is ideal.

The hotel was fully equipped and fairly clean, overlooked the river. We stayed here for trip in the king room with an individual safe, central heating, and an iron. The bathroom was great-sized, it was nice to have a bath. The check-in was fast, we liked main bar.

Free wi-fi in rooms, convenient on-site car park, responsive 24-hour reception, reliable 24-hour security, lively bar/lounge area.

Fantastic hotel, brand-new rooms, spectacular view of the lake. Well priced choices for the breakfast. Perfectly comfortable location to a restaurant in the building. So close to the restaurants, buffets, gaming areas, and bars, factory outlets, and the sightseeing.

The breakfast was free and delicious with a great selection of delicious options. Huge king room was pet-friendly.

The Sports Lounge is the perfect spot to watch the action and place your bets, with the newest games offering everything you expect. Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino features amazing entertainment and the Social Club gives you more for your play.

Comfortable location for what I needed and so close to other restaurants, bus station and the casino on a bus tour. For tea or coffee visit Cold Stone Creamery nearby.

I stayed here for a trip and would definitely return here. The employees at the hotel were amazingly nice and helpful. The location was excellent, overlooking the river. The restaurant was very accommodating with a good choice of food and for every budget.

We thoroughly enjoyed being here. Had lovely stay for 2 nights.

Outstanding, exceptionally comfortable room with a view of the falls, comfortable large beds plus a jacuzzi! Stunning and wonderful location in Niagara Falls, really close to at least one of the primary restaurants as well as the falls of a night time. Situated only 1 km from Niagara Falls State Park.

The hotel was what I enjoyed during the trip. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with good views. The location was perfectly comfortable for exploring this very relaxing area, just next door to the Niagara Falls state park, and casinos on 4 continents. Had lunch/dinner at Delhi Darbar, which I found approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.
