We had echt een toffe tijd there. The casino was zo lively, it really kept us entertained every avond. Our room, a Deluxe Room King Bed Non-smoking, was the perfect plek to rest after a long dag of exploring. It was ruim and bed was mega comfortable. Only minpuntje, the Wi-Fi was een beetje hit or miss, maar that didn't spoil our fun.

We upgraded to a corner suite – oh my, so spacious! The jacuzzi tub by the bed was pure bliss, especially watching fireworks from it. And Hal, the golf cart driver, was an absolute gem!
The front desk staff were about as cheerful as a rainy Monday morning. And don't even get me started on room service taking longer than a tea time chat!

The Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino offered a pretty solid stay. The rooms were spacious, and the views of the falls were nice, especially from upper floors. The pool area was fantastic, and the jacuzzi added a touch of relaxation after a long day exploring. I enjoyed free drinks while gambling, and the variety of gaming options kept me entertained. However, customer service at the front desk left much to be desired. I encountered a rude manager during check-in, which was disappointing. Additionally, there were times when housekeeping was slow to respond. While the dining options were plentiful, I found the food quality to be inconsistent. Parking was confusing upon arrival as well. Despite these issues, I loved the overall atmosphere, and I would consider returning.

proximity to key attractions, diverse dining options, in-house spa services
The pervasive cigarette smoke smell in the non-smoking rooms really detracted from the experience!!! !!! Long wait times at check-in made it feel chaotic!!! Improving maintenance responsiveness and eliminating the strange $2 charge for bottled water would be a great jump forward!!!
